Thursday night Austen & I were treated to watching the great Roy Jones Jr. spar with the soon-to-be great Richmond Dalphone. Other fighters on the upcoming card next Saturday at the Pensacola Civic Center were sparring as well, but it was Rich and Roy we were there to see.
They delivered giving good, spirited action. When we were leaving Austen said, "Dad, this is the greatest night of my life so far". I will post some pics when I figure this thing out better.
Remember, hands up, elbows in, chin down, get narrow and check yourself in every mirror. Practice wrapping your hands, shadowbox, and jump rope.
